A better way to do therapy
My pay-on-results model flips traditional therapy on its head. You set the goal, propose the payment, and only pay when you're satisfied with the results.
Pay on Results
Traditional therapy charges by the hour regardless of outcomes. My model is different: I only get paid when you achieve your relationship goals.
You share what results you seek and specify your "bounty" — the amount you'll pay if achieved.
We work together intensively, and you apply learnings in your relationship.
Pay when you feel satisfied — no results, no charge.
This model creates perfect alignment: I'm invested in your success, not in extending sessions unnecessarily. If I'm not confident I can help, I'll refer you elsewhere.
"If there were a magic button to revitalise your relationship, how much would you happily pay to press it?"

Complete Intake Forms
You'll receive two brief forms: an induction form where you introduce yourself, specify your relationship goal, and propose your "bounty" (payment upon success), plus a preferences form to tailor sessions to your needs.
Preliminary Call (If Needed)
Before our first full session, I may give you a brief call to confirm details, answer any remaining questions, and set clear expectations for our work together.
Begin Your Sessions
We'll have our booked phone appointments where we dive deep into your relationship challenges. Sessions are focused and practical, with actionable strategies you can apply immediately.
Apply & Iterate
Between sessions, you apply what we discuss in your real relationships. We review progress, adjust strategies, and continue until you achieve your goals.
Celebrate Results
When you reach your relationship goal, you pay the bounty you proposed. If we don't achieve your goals, you pay nothing — or a partial amount of your choosing. It's truly risk-free.
About the bounty system
Questions about how payment works? Here's everything you need to know.
What exactly is the 'bounty' system?
When you start, you set a specific relationship goal and propose an amount you'd pay if we achieve it together. This could be anything from improved communication with your partner to resolving a specific conflict. The bounty is whatever feels right to you — there's no minimum or maximum. This aligns our incentives: I only succeed when you do.
What if I can't afford much?
That's exactly why I use this model. Great relationships shouldn't be a luxury. If money is tight, propose what you can genuinely afford. I'd rather help someone for a modest amount than have financial barriers prevent people from getting support they need.
What if I'm not sure I've 'achieved' my goal?
We define success together at the start. Your goal should be specific and measurable — something you'll clearly know when you've achieved. If it's ambiguous, we'll refine it until you have a clear target. And ultimately, you decide whether we've reached it.
What's the referral bonus?
When you refer someone who achieves their desired results, you receive 10% of their bounty as a thank-you. It's my way of rewarding you for spreading the word.
What sessions look like
Wondering what to expect from our time together?
How long are sessions?
Sessions typically run 50-60 minutes, though this can flex based on what we're working through. I don't watch the clock — if we're in the middle of something important, we keep going.
How often do we meet?
This varies based on your needs and goals. Some clients prefer weekly sessions initially, then taper off. Others meet fortnightly. We'll find a rhythm that works for your schedule and situation.
Are sessions phone-only?
Initial sessions are conducted via phone for accessibility and flexibility. For subsequent sessions, we can arrange in-person meetings in Brunswick, Melbourne if you prefer face-to-face connection.
What should I prepare for sessions?
Find a private, comfortable space where you can talk freely — whether that's at home or out on a walk. Allow time afterward to reflect on what we discussed. No other preparation is needed.
